LBH objectives for these contract arrangements is that all services are competently carried out and compliant with appropriate codes and standards which in turn will provide a safe environment for residents and will fulfil their Landlords statutory obligations. To deliver the level of service required, the successful Consultant / Contractor will be expected to provide a comprehensive reporting system to evidence that all aspects of service is carried out correctly and in accordance with the contract requirements. Full details are provided within this document.
