We require the preferred supplier to commence providing the service on 01 September 2018 and for an initial period of 12 months ("the Initial Term") unless earlier terminated in accordance with Clause 2.1. The Initial Term shall be followed by an optional extension period of 12 months where such extension is consented to by both parties. Therefore the contract shall have a maximum term (if extended following the Initial Term) of 24 months unless earlier terminated in accordance with Clause 15.2 Either party has the right to terminate the Agreement at any time by giving ninety (90) days' notice of termination to the other Party in writing. The estimated annual contract value is £75,000. Total estimated value for 2 years is £150,000. Please note the attached (Annex B) NHS Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Services will apply to any contract awarded as a result of this quotation exercise.
