The current video streaming and capture contract expires May 2019. A solution is needed which both supports video streaming and capture, tightly integrated with the VLE (Blackboard) for a modern University. Please refer to the requirement specification for further details, please note that all mandatory requirements must be satisfied in order to be considered. Please ensure within your tender submission you explain in detail how you meet each of the identified requirements. In addition, provide examples of your experience of supporting Higher Education institutions in the UK with both video streaming and capture provision.
