A new entity will need to be established - owned by the participating local authorities - to undertake the tasks associated with this programme on behalf of those local authorities that decide to participate in this scheme; including the receiving of funds from the GLA, procurement of units and management of day-to-day operations. RESPONSE It is just a sample as stated "all text is given as an example only" Please adjust text within the cost table as you wish as there is no other pricing schedule to be completed as part of the tender response.
