Help and advise the YHN (The Client) in bringing together pre-construction information (PCI), and provide the information designers and contractors need to carry out their duties. Work with YHN and the Principal Contractor designers throughout the full design phase appraising designs on the project to eliminate foreseeable health and safety risks to anyone affected by the work, or in the occupying/running/maintenance of the completed building and, where that is not possible, take steps to reduce or control those risks.
