The Kingsmead & Tattenhoe sites are majority owned by Homes England, it should however be noted that an area subject to these works has transferred to Morris Homes - the Supplier will be required to comply with the specific Health and Safety requirement of Morris Homes in the delivery of these Works when accessing there site. Whilst awaiting development to come forward a number of bunds have been implemented alongside development plots to provide protection to plots - particularly from incursion. As plots are now approaching disposal there is a requirement to either remove some of the existing bunds from site to appropriately licensed landfill or to relocate existing bund material on site to create bunds in a new location to ensure remaining plots are protected and potential for incursions are minimised.
