All site communication links are responsibility of BAES. The Tender should provide financial information, clearly itemised to document both annual and one-off costs showing (at least): • Capital and upfront costs • Operational costs and other ongoing costs • Hardware costs • Any "one off costs" (such as implementation, configuration) • Any and all actual or potential costs during the lifetime of the contracted service Registration and use of in-tend is free.
