The aim of all the services is to deliver essential, additional and enhanced services to registered patients in East Leicestershire & Rutland. It is proposed that the terms and conditions of all the services, including tariff arrangements, will reflect those contained in Extended Primary Care Service. The main benefits and expected outcomes are: • Equity of access and quality of the service across East Leicestershire & Rutland • Ensuring value for money and the most efficient use of available resources across the health and social care economy • Promoting and ensuring a positive patient experience • Aligning services to deliver the GP 5 Year Forward View The Market Engagement Event will take place on 16th August 2018 from 9:30 - 12:30 and will take place at Brockington College. The Market Engagement Event will provide: • an overview of the service to be provided • details of the anticipated contract type, length and particular conditions • an overview of the procurement process and the anticipated timelines • an opportunity for you to ask questions and feedback on the presentations.
