The East Midlands Police forces are governed by PACE and are committed to working to NAAN guidance. The Commissioners are seeking to appoint a single provider onto a framework, from which the Police forces can call off contracts to meet its requirements and aspirations in regards to protecting and safeguarding vulnerable people.
