The contract will be for duration of 3 years with an optional one-year extension period, and let as two separate lots; Lot 1 Groceries and Provisions, Lot 2 Frozen Food. Tenderers may apply for one or both Lots. The framework will be made available to all the local authorities and public bodies based within the West Midlands boundaries. This is a framework contract which does not commit the council to a particular level of expenditure.
