This will enable improved patient flow through ENT services, and support the management of increasing demand for secondary care services. The service described in the specification encourages providers to deliver care as cost effectively and conveniently for patients as possible and to utilise the skills of a variety of clinicians. This will also support the sustainability of 18 week referral to treatment (RTT) compliance.
