The Contracting Authority's commissioning intention is to Direct Award an interim contract with the incumbent supplier for the current provision which will be in place until 30 April 2021, to align with the proposed procurement process for the Multi Community Provider contract service provision, commencing Quarter 3 of 2019, with new service commencement date of May 2021. The service will be based on the NHS England standard APMS contract specification, plus additional locally specified provisions. The value of the contract is based on an annual spend of approximately £800,000.
