This work will likely include a desk-based review, data analysis and industry consultation to achieve the work package objectives (WP). Industry consultation is envisaged to include site visits (e.g. control centre, depot) and engaging an industry working group to review and validate the outputs of each WP. The working group will comprise key industry representatives, including NR Route control manager, NR incident officer, TOC duty ops manager, TOC train service manager, TOC customer information manager, and TOC resources manager . Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
