Wolverhampton Homes' undertakes response repairs and maintenance to the Housing Stock using its In-house Team Repairs and Projects Teams, supported by a number of specialist Contractors. Scaffolding and Safe Working Platforms is one of these areas. The projected budget for this work over the course of the contract is approximately £450K per annum. Nevertheless, the Client does not guarantee to place any work orders on any resulting contract. A suitably qualified and experienced Contractor is required to support the In-House Team by providing all types of Safe Working Platforms on a call-off basis to allow access for the Client's operatives to undertake a variety of repairs and maintenance works to various properties across Wolverhampton.
