The property is currently used to house people with either learning or physical disabilities and mental health issues who need some form of assistance with their day-to-day lives that may otherwise prevent them managing their own tenancy. The property is managed by care providers who are present on site 24/7 to assist residents. The purpose of the works is to carry out further invasive survey work and to carry out any remedial works to make good the integrity of the 30 and 60 minute fire rated compartments to the flats and adjacent communal areas The Contractors tendering should preferably be NAPFIS registered The property shall be occupied at the time of work Contract duration is approximately 8 to 10 weeks, Contract start date to be agreed.
