The service provider must offer a single customer interface for both e-books and e-audio, as well as having a web interface and an app available to users which can link to the existing Civica Spydus Library Management System. The service provider's solution is required to have a fully integrated office function for multiple staff users; this allows selection and review of stock, reporting and marketing. The solution will be required to offer a wide variety of stock in both e-book and e-audio formats from a variety of publishers and across all popular genres, including children's, adult and teen materials.
