This contract comprises of two 14 story flats consisting of 236 flats in total. The Contractor is to allow for liaising with the Council appointed consultants in order to get the best out of this contract and the successful completion of this project. The contractor is to only price on the specifications and products in this document. Contractors must also obtain any clarification prior to tendering and must not qualify and insert caveats in their bids. Any clarifications will then be circulated to all bidders.
