To this end, Leicestershire County Council has previouslyinvested public funds through two contracts (Phase 1 and Phase 2), to extend the availability of NGAinfrastructure in areas where no commercial plans were available from market players as verified through StateAid Public Consultations to almost 97 % of premises in the county.
