Fees will be structured under an annual retainer fee, with prices for additional services submitted at tender stage The Service Provider it to advise on areas including investment advice, credit risk management, strategic advice, technical advice, prudential indicators, economic updates, performing monitoring and any additional reporting relevant to Cobalt Housing. The planned commencement date of the project is 1st March 2019.
