The parties agree to amend the Contract as detailed below: Annual Licence and Support fee - in consideration for the continued payment of the annual licence and support fee of £266,610 , The Contract is hereby extended for a further 12 months from 1st July 2017 to 30th June 2018. Further, The Council reserves the right to extend The Contract to 30th June 2019 by providing written notice not later than 31st March 2018 and continued payment of the annual licence and support fee.
