The aim of the learning and development opportunity links to the following Manager Behaviours. o Working Together o Inspires Confidence To give the opportunity to enhance existing abilities in communicating ideas, messages, objectives and an understanding of the effects and impact you have on others. The estimated budget available for the delivery of this training is ?20,000 and the contract period will be for 2 years, commencing 1st April 2018 to 31st March 2020.
