NHS Ipswich and East Suffolk Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS West Suffolk Clinical Commissioning Group and NHS North East Essex Clinical Commissioning Group sought to jointly commission an Integrated Urgent Care Service across Suffolk (minus Waveney) and North East Essex. The 3 organisations are all within the same Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP) footprint. As such, the procurement of the Service was run as a bespoke process akin to the Open Procedure, involving the process outlined within the suite of procurement documents.
