The Isle of Wight Council is undertaking a local plan review, and is preparing a new local plan - the Island Planning Strategy. The Authority wishes to commission a viability assessment of the emerging Island Planning Strategy. The viability assessment report will provide an evidence base to assist the council identifying the viability impacts of emerging planning policies, and make recommendations to the council to ensure that the Island Planning Strategy, when taken as a whole, is viable and deliverable. The contract will commence on 30 July 2018 and will end by the 28 September 2018.
