The objective of this tender process is to establish a Framework Agreement with the tenderers and London and Quadrant Housing Trust for a period of two years. This is tender is for Subcontractors only. Rebates will be required. Aperture Works is a mixed use new build development in the Borough of Harrow, North London. The development is broken into 4 Phase comprising of 5 blocks, ranging from 12 to 4 stories. 739 residential apartments, of which 449 are private sale, 108 private rental schemes, 111 are affordable and 71 are shared ownership.
