The supplier will be used predominantly for planned maintenance but will also be required for reactive maintenance and Installation works and other ad-hoc related duties from time to time. The supplier will act as the Principal contractor and designer in all cases under this agreement where it is applicable. ### Contract Agreement This would be for a 12-month Agreement with the option to extend the contract for a further 2 years in 12 month periods by annual review at the discretion of FXPlus.
