The Works in detail comprise the removal of asbestos from all buildings within the site; The subsequent demolition of the existing buildings and all associated outbuildings, structures and features including basements, tunnels, foundations, bases, sumps and floor slabs; Reinstatement works; following demolition of the buildings, backfilling of voids and making up levels as required with either suitable site arisings or imported granular materials of an approved grade which is to include testing as specified.
