During the course of any resulting arrangement, this area may be increased to cover additional surrounding areas. The tender is being undertaken by the Alliance Homes Group ('AHG'), a community based social housing provider operating in the West of England. The duration of the contract is for an initial period of 12 months with the potential to extend for 3 additional 12 month periods (up to a total of 3 years). AHG intends to award the contracts by 01st March 2018 to go live on 1st April 2018 for an initial period to 31st March 2019.
