The Framework Agreement will be for two years with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than two years. The Framework Agreement is split into four lots. The Authority has conducted this procurement using the restricted procedure for the purposes of procuring the works described in the Specification, and in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
