The requirements include door furniture, door and window locks, window restrictors, bolts, hinges, hasps and staples, padlocks and gate catches for use by the company's repairs and maintenance teams on its tenanted and void housing stock, and commercial properties. The contract also includes a requirement for locks and padlocks to secure the company's operational vehicles, buildings, and contents held therein.
