Services provided will include the maintenance of sports facilities involving both natural and artificial surfaces, tending of ornamental borders, pesticide application, hedge cutting and various ancillary works including planting and minor improvement / landscape projects to school grounds. The contract period is for three years initially, with an option to extend for a further two years. The planned start date is 1st January 2019. Tenders will be dispatched in August 2018 with a view to awarding the contract by the end of September 2018. Applicants will in the first instance, be required to complete a Pre- Tender Qualification Questionnaire covering financial, economic, technical, professional and environmental matters. The closing date for receipt of completed Pre-Tender Qualification Questionnaires is 31st July 2018.
