The key outcome of the current Out of Hours Service is that patients in Derbyshire will have access to a high quality Primary Care Out of Hours provider which will prevent unnecessary attendances/admissions to acute trusts and provide assessment, care and reassurance to patients with primary care needs. The 4 Derbyshire Commissioners would like to hear from potential providers interested in supporting the development of this service going forwards.
