The PPF requires a UK clearing bank to provide a full range of clearing bank services. The Contract will commence in December 2018/January 2019 and will be awarded for a period of four years from the Services Commencement Date ("the Initial Contract Term"). The Contract may be extended on the same terms and conditions at the PPF's option for a further period or periods not exceeding six years in total. The maximum duration of the Contract Term will therefore be 10 years from the Services Commencement Date.
