This will form an integral part of the evidence base to underpin the Local Plan and will ensure that sustainability, equality and health factors have been fully considered at each stage of the plan preparation. The procurement process will be conducted through the Council's electronic tendering portal known as the Chest [the-chest.org.uk](https://www.the-chest.org.uk) Full details of the requirement are contained within the quotation documents which will be made available following expressing an interest.
