It is on this basis that we invite suitable contractors to provide a full turn-key project compliant quotation, to deliver this project within set time scales. The Contract: JCT Intermediate Building Contract 2016 Edition Site Possession: 26th March 2018 (Contractor may be permitted early access to sections of the site following contract award.
