It is looking for an experienced contractor to provide architectural services to produce initial outline concept drawings, feasibility and cost planning for a potential scheme as detailed within the Specification. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
