Underpinning this goal is the ambition to ensure organisations demonstrate effective oversight and governance, as well as ensuring our leadership is diverse and able to lead a culture that facilitates creativity, innovation and resilience. This research is designed to be an integral and public part of the strategic consultation. It is crucial that this research is future-facing and allows Arts Council England to build on its existing commitments as it transitions to the new strategy from 2020.
