Key features: - This phase will cover the Technical & Professional Consultancy element, i.e. services. Future frameworks will cover Supplies and Works. - Initially contracts will be awarded by Stoke-on-Trent City Council. Management of the frameworks will be managed by a new Central Purchasing Body called Sinfra (UK), associated with the Swedish purchasing body Sinfra.
