This work will include planned preventative and unplanned maintenance activities to Durham University's air conditioning and ventilation systems. The contract will be awarded on an initial 2 year basis with a further 2 year extension available in 12 monthly instalments. Exclusion criteria - Full adherence to the Service specification throughout the contract term is required. If this can not be achieved, it is advised not to submit a proposal as it will be deemed to be non-compliant and will not be evaluated.
