The Provider will deliver the full pathway 'Up to 24 weeks gestation'. Providers commissioned for out of area abortion services shall ensure that the overall Service is consistent, effective, comprehensive, legal and of demonstrably high quality. It shall respect the dignity, privacy, individuality and rights of women and younger females to exercise personal choice over their care and treatment. The service shall be provided in accordance with the grounds specified in the Abortion Act 1967 and amended by Section 37 of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 1990. ### Refer to specification for further details The estimated annual Contract value for this service is £120,000.
