The project shall be supplied, delivered, installed, tested and commissioned by specialist mechanical building services contractor, being a member of the HVCA & OFTEC and with any associated electrical services being undertaken either by suitably qualified in house electricians or by a specialist NICEIC registered electrical services sub-contractor.
