The contract has been awarded to Enevo UK Ltd on the basis of having achieved both the highest price and quality scores and the highest score overall. This was an open tender with no pre-selection stage. Eleven tenders were received and evaluated. The framework agreement has been awarded to the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations. Scores have been assigned to the prices by measuring each price against the lowest sustainably priced tender submitted.
