The current provision incorporates the requirements of the Places for People Group for its Homes, RMG (Residential Management Group) and Touchstone businesses, although it wishes to have a framework in place so that this can be called off to other parts of the group / acquisitions as and when required during the term of the contract. The initial arrangement will be for a 2 year period with options to extend for 2 years total on a 1 + 1 basis.
