The shared unit needs to be on the ground floor. All the ground floor units must be wheelchair accessible throughout. One additional flat for use by support staff will be required. The tenancies are required for 15 younger adults (16-65+) with care and support needs related to their Learning Disability, physical disability, mental health and who may display challenging behaviour.
