Toilets and changing facilities are located in a separate WC block. The existing pavilion is in poor condition with structural defects, abnormally high running & maintenance costs. The proposals for a replacement pavilion to meet the needs of the increased membership. The works will involve taking down a few trees to accommodate a slightly larger pavilion and adjusting the site boundary to suit.
