ADL currently holds (and will hold) the leasehold of a number of important properties within the centre of the city of Bath. Consisting mainly of the upper floors of Georgian buildings (old offices, retail or residential spaces) and some single dwellings, ADL now wish to carry out a programme of alteration, refurbishment and remodelling works to these properties to form individual one, two and three bed apartments for market rental.
