The scope of which will comprise of but may not be limited to annual commissioning and decommissioning of sports irrigation systems and pump servicing as well as ad hoc repairs and maintenance to these systems as and when required by the Authority. The initial Contract period will be for 4 years with possibility of extending the term by a further 1 year to a maximum total term of 5 years in increments to be agreed, subject to the agreement and performance of both parties.
