The key tasks include an independent external supplier to work with the individuals who created and maintain our documentation and procedures, completing a formal onsite review at ORR's head office involving individual and group analysis and review. All required documentation and access will be provided to the identified supplier to assist with the review. Additional information: Prospective bidders should upload clarification questions and proposals by the dates/times set out in the ITT. Please do not approach any member of the ORR's IT team directly in relation to this project/tender.
