[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender YPO are looking for providers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the provision of a procurement portal with an overarching YPO landing page that can facilitate the following elements:- vehicle hire, lease and purchase options for cars, LCV's and specialist vehicles with the ability to select which procurement route is required in addition to which micro-sites providing associated and additional services may be accessed, for the day-to-day operation of local authority fleets i.e. Accident Management & Fleet Management. The Framework Agreement will cover the period from 28th February 2018 to 28th February 2020 with 2 x 1 year options to extend.
