It aims to close the arts participation gap, increase equality of access, and ensure that more young people from low-income backgrounds have the same opportunities and benefits from engaging in culture as their more advantaged peers. Following a feasibility phase, the project is now moving to a live prototype phase to explore and test a number of practical elements prior to implementation.We seek a software vendor, business or freelancer to build a data platform and app to meet the project's identified aims and fulfil the design and technical specifications set out.
