The scope of the project includes the following elements: • The re-provision of inpatient rehabilitation and recovery services • The development of a community led model of care The Provider Engagement event is being held to allow providers to input into the design and development of integrated rehabilitation and recovery services in Kirklees in line with best practice guidelines and local requirements.
